Cummins-Wagner EPS turn-key compressed air packaged systems meet your specific plant air needs. Offering a full range of air compressor types and capacities, EPS can create a packaged system to meet any capacity requirements.
Each system is pre-wired and pre-piped for easy customer hook up and contains all components and controls needed for a complete, efficient, working system.
When floor space is a premium or systems need to be placed outside, EPS provides your compressor package with a custom building, providing protection for system within an engineered structure that is built to last.
Compressed air building packages are engineered systems that allow a complete compressed air system to be placed outside.
Roll up door for maintenance access.
Insulated walls, lighting, and optional equipment including Air Dryer, Wet Tank, Oil Water Separator.
Clearance for personnel egress and service access.
Single Point Electrical Connection, including main disconnect, power distribution block, and transformer.
Equipment specific disconnects inside for Lock Out Tag Out.
Room Heat and Ventilation.
Temperature control with automatic louver and exhaust fan control.
Properly sized piping with 3-valve bypass at all critical equipment to allow for uninterrupted service.
Quick-Lock tubing with in-line filtration.
Wet Receiver Tank inside building.
Receiver mounted exterior to building. Heat trace on exterior drain piping.
12’ x 20’ Metal Building. Flexible placement of access doors.
All buildings are rated to a minimum of 90mph wind load and 20psf roof load. Higher ratings available.
Fiberglass and Metal Building options available in any size.
We provide electrically operated louvers to keep the cold weather out when compressors are not in operation.
