Cummins-Wagner Finalizes Strategic Acquisition of Envirep to Strengthen Water and Wastewater Market Presence

Annapolis Junction, MD – Cummins-Wagner Co., Inc., a leading manufacturer’s representative and distributor of industrial, municipal, and commercial equipment, including water and wastewater treatment, HVAC, and plumbing solutions, throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England, is pleased to announce the finalized acquisition of Envirep.

Headquartered in Camp Hill, PA, Envirep is a well-established manufacturer’s representative and distributor specializing in municipal and industrial water and wastewater solutions. The company serves clients across eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, D.C., northern Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.

This transaction represents a strategic step in Cummins-Wagner’s long-term plan for steady, manageable growth through geographic expansion and market penetration.

Employee Integration and Stock Ownership

As part of the acquisition, Envirep employees will become part of Cummins-Wagner’s 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
